Walk of Hope 2025

Step forward to help find a cure for brain tumours

Our annual fundraiser is back! This year’s Walk of Hope takes place on Saturday 27th September 2025, or you can organise your own Walk of Hope on any day in September that suits you.

Join us in our march to raise money to fund life-saving research at our Centres of Excellence and bring much-needed hope to brain tumour patients and their families.

Every September, thousands of supporters like you join our Walk of Hope events or hold their own walks in their community, set up fundraising pages and make donations to help find a cure for brain tumours, which kill more children and adults under the age of 40 than any other cancer.

Will you step forward to help find a cure?

How can I get involved?

It couldn’t be easier to get involved. Simply register for one of our flagship Walk of Hope events or organise your own wherever you are. Ask family and friends to join you to boost the feel-good factor and maximise your fundraising potential.

You can make an even bigger impact by raising at least £137 – 5% of the cost of a day’s research at one of our Centres – to fund the scientific breakthroughs that will help change the story for those facing a brain tumour diagnosis.

United on the path to find a cure

Over the years, Walk of Hope has grown into one of our most popular events, attracting thousands of supporters who step forward together with one common goal: to find a cure for all types of brain tumours.

The money raised through Walk of Hope over the years has helped to increase awareness of this devastating disease, supported our campaigning activities calling upon the Government and larger charities to invest more, and funded groundbreaking research at our network of Centres of Excellence where scientists are focused on improving treatments for patients and, ultimately, finding a cure.

The ask is simple: join one of our Walk of Hope events or organise your own and aim to raise £137 – 5% of the cost of a day’s research – while also raising awareness for Brain Tumour Research. Step forward to help find a cure and bring hope to the one in three people who knows someone affected by this devastating disease.
