Meet your Community Fundraisers

Community Fundraisers work with you to get your fundraising ideas off the ground. They offer you support, ideas and fundraising tips to get you started, and are with you at every step in your journey. With years of experience working in their communities, their role is to hear your story and help your event be a fundraising success.

Find your relevant Community Fundraiser below, set up a meeting and see how we can work together to make a difference:

  • Charlie Allsebrook – Community Development Manager (East)

I’ve worked in the charity sector for 20 years and four and a half of those have been for Brain Tumour Research. I want to play a part (no matter how small) in helping us get closer to finding a cure to prevent more people having to deal with the devastation of this incredibly cruel disease. Our supporters are at the heart of all we do, and I am constantly blown away by their passion and dedication to find a cure.

  • Tania Wilkinson – Community Fundraiser (North West)

Areas include: Cheshire, Cumbria, Greater Manchester, Isle of Man, Lancashire, Merseyside, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland

I first became a supporter of Brain Tumour Research after I lost my mum to a glioblastoma in 2008, because I wanted to help stop anyone else having to witness and live through the devastation that comes with this brutal disease. In 2021 I secured the role of Community Fundraiser and have since met far too many people who know someone affected by a brain tumour.
