Our amazing family of Fundraising Groups

Championing the fight against brain tumours and raising thousands for our cause, helping us build network of experts in sustainable research at dedicated Centres of Excellence and supporting us as we influence the Government and larger cancer charities to invest more nationally.

Alicia-Adele’s Angels

Losing her youngest child and only daughter inspired mum Amanda Axiak to establish this Fundraising Group to support Brain Tumour Research.

Alicia-Adele was the adored little sister of three elder brothers. In April 2025, aged 11, she woke with a numb arm. Later that day, Alicia felt numbness in her face and leg. Two days later, an MRI scan revealed an inoperable diffuse midline glioma (commonly known as DIPG). Just 13 days on, Alicia passed away.

Focused on honouring her beloved Alicia and helping others in the future, Amanda wants to turn heartbreak into hope by helping fund vital research to find new treatments and cures.
