Could you complete a Kiltwalk?

1 min read
It’s time to don your tartan – Kiltwalk is back for 2022!

From the first Kiltwalk event of the year in Glasgow on Sunday 24th April, to events throughout the year in Aberdeen, Dundee and Edinburgh, there are lots of opportunities to get involved. And with three walking distances to choose from – the Mighty Stride, Big Stroll or Wee Wander – you’ll find a Kiltwalk to suit many ages and abilities.

Plus, the Virtual Kiltwalk is back for 2022 and everyone’s invited! From 7th to 9th October, get involved wherever you are and take on any challenge you wish. That may be walking, running, skipping, jumping on a trampoline – whatever you can think of! All we ask is that you wear some tartan and upload your pictures to social media, tagging the Kiltwalk and using the hashtag #ScotlandsVirtualKiltwalk. Get creative and go for it!

Lynne Watson, Community Fundraiser, said: “Every single penny raised for Brain Tumour Research will be topped up by 50% thanks to the generosity of Sir Tom Hunter and The Hunter Foundation. Whether you travel to a Kiltwalk event or plan your own Virtual Kiltwalk challenge, please get involved, have fun and raise vital funds to help find a cure for this devastating disease.”
