99 Miles in November
Help bring hope.
This November, push past the cold and take on 99 miles to help fund the fight against brain tumours.
Walk, jog, run, cycle, swim or even ride on horseback – however you choose to move, every mile matters. Complete the challenge your way, at your own pace, wherever and whenever suits you.
By joining the challenge, you’ll bring hope to the one in three people in the UK who knows someone affected by a brain tumour.
Make your miles count
Target 3.3 miles a day (around 8,250 steps) throughout November or spread your miles out to fit in with your daily life. Every mile you cover, and every pound you raise, helps us get closer to new treatments and, ultimately, cures for this devastating disease.
Need inspiration to reach your 99-mile goal? Try these simple ways to get moving:
• Cycle your commute – turn everyday trips to work, school or the shops into progress
• Walk the dog – or offer to walk a neighbour’s dog in return for a donation
• Stay active indoors – keep going when the weather turns with a treadmill, exercise bike or gym session.
• Move during your lunch break – perfect if you’re working from home
• Form a team – share the distance with friends, family or colleagues; in a team of five, it’s less than 20 miles each
You do not have to hit all 99 miles to make an impact. Shape the challenge around your routine, abilities and goals – what matters most is taking part and raising vital funds.
