200k in May Your Way 2026
Take on the 200k in May Your Way challenge and help drive forward the search for a cure for brain tumours.
This May, complete 200 kilometres your way, wherever you are.
Walk, jog, run, cycle, swim or mix it up with a combination of activities. Go solo or take part with family, friends or colleagues. However you get involved, you’ll be helping to fund vital research and raise awareness of this devastating disease.
Get fit, have fun and make a difference. Are you up for the challenge?
Easy ways to reach your 200k
Go for 50k per week – for example: 20k walking, 20k cycling and 10k jogging
Walk 10,000 steps (around 8k) on 25 days in May and enjoy six ‘rest’ days
Split the distance – gather three friends and cover 50k each, just 1.6k a day
