10,000 Steps a Day in February

Shake off your winter lethargy and step up for a great cause.

Our popular challenge, 10,000 Steps a Day in February, is back, and we’re asking you to get moving to help keep up the momentum in our fight to find a cure for all types of brain tumours.

Sign up and walk, run, hop, skip or jump your way to 10,000 steps every day for a month. You’ll not only reap the health benefits but the wellbeing boost that comes from knowing each small step you take is helping us make strides towards changing outcomes for the one in three people who know someone affected by a brain tumour.

Step by step, together we will find a cure.

Will you step up to the challenge?

You can complete our new challenge wherever you are, whatever the weather:

Clock up some extra steps on your commute and park your car a little further afield – or hop off the bus a stop sooner.

Break away from your desk on your lunch break and step it
up with a stroll around the block.

Trade in sit-down Saturday-morning coffee and cake with
friends for fresh air and flasks on an invigorating park walk.

If driving winter wind and rain threaten your progress, hit
the treadmill in the gym – or swap sitting on the sofa for stomping on the spot
in front of your favourite boxset.

You can clock up your total alone or share the load between family and friends.

However you cover the distance, you’re making a difference.
