Cycle or swim – which will you choose?

We need YOU to join our August challenges to help find a cure for brain tumours.

Put your pedal power to the test with our Cycle 274 Miles in August challenge and take part at your own pace to raise vital funds and awareness.

Thousands of supporters of all ages and abilities got involved in the challenge last year, including a seven-year-old who cycled in memory of his mum, a dad and daughter team who took to a tandem, and we even had a former Olympian on board.

This year, you can help us crank it up a gear and take part at your own pace. You could cycle the same distance every day or do different distances on different days. Spread your challenge throughout the whole month or challenge yourself to try to complete all 274 miles in a single week. Cycle outdoors, on a static bike at home, or in the gym – it’s up to you!

To get started, join our friendly Facebook Group here and follow the simple steps register and find out how you can get your FREE cycling jersey (retails at £25) and printed mile tracker.
