The Autumn 2026 edition of Believe – our news magazine for brain tumour activists – is out now.

This edition stars our newest Patron Debbie McGee on the front cover. Inside the magazine she shares why, a decade after losing her husband the magician Paul Daniels to a glioblastoma, she is stepping up her support of Brain Tumour Research.

There are more research updates than ever before, including breakthroughs from projects to make existing treatments more effective for low and high-grade brain tumours. And you’ll read about how research we are funding is uncovering new knowledge about the disease, including how researchers from our Centre of Excellence at Queen Mary University of London are using “mini brains” to help in the hunt for kinder treatments for childhood brain tumours. Read more about our research into childhood brain tumours and how you can help this Childhood Cancer Awareness Month here.

Plus, we update you on our campaigning to increase the national investment in research into brain tumours. You’ll find out how our lobbying has contributed to significant milestones in 2026, including the passage of the Rare Cancers Act and the approval of the first new adult brain tumour treatment in two decades.

Last, but certainly not least, you’ll read stories from our community, from fantastic fundraisers to committed campaigners, and from inspiring individuals to powerful partnerships. And there’s a host of ways you can get involved too and help us get closer to a cure.

Read Believe online or order your free printed copy via our shop.
