Walks of Hope still marching towards a cure

1 min read

With less than two weeks to go until our Walks of Hope on Saturday 26th September, we are delighted to see so many people registering to take part and stepping out to raise money for crucial research into brain tumours.

Our Walks of Hope had already gone virtual this year as a result of the pandemic, so we hope the new law banning groups of more than six won’t affect people’s plans. If you were going to walk in a larger group, you can still take part by breaking down into smaller teams or six with staggered start times or even setting off from different locations.

We’re asking everyone taking part in the Walks of Hope to try and raise £274. Every penny raised will help us take the steps which will bring us closer to finding a cure. If you are taking part, please set up your JustGiving page here if you haven’t already done so.

If you’d like to take part in our virtual Walks of Hope but have not yet registered, there’s still time to do so! Just fill out the registration form and a member of our Community team will be in touch to help you get the most out of your day and smash your fundraising target, whilst staying safe and following Government guidelines.

The Walks of Hope are just around the corner. We hope you’ll join us to make them a great success and raise money for research to find a cure for this devastating disease.
