Going grey to help brain tumour patients and their families

brainstrust, a Member Charity with whom we work closely on a number of projects, has launched its annual Wear Grey campaign. With over 60,000 people living with a brain tumour here in the UK, the charity asks for your help to raise awareness of the many invisible challenges faced by thousands of people every day, and to raise funds to help tackle these problems.

brainstrust commissioned Wear Grey Day as a thanks to Shaun Skinner, who died in 2017. He approached brainstrust in 2012 in order to help him bring his idea to life. Last year’s campaign raised £14,000 to support people living with the disease and, to date, the event has reached hundreds of thousands of people across the UK and abroad.
