100 a Day Your Way

New for 2023, we’re asking you to do 100 a Day Your Way for Brain Tumour Research. 

Choose from five exercises: squats, star jumps, sit ups, push ups or a plank, and aim to achieve 100 reps per day. Choose to do a combination of all five exercises, pick your favourites or choose just one. For example, you could do 50 squats, 25 sit ups and a 25-second plank. Some challengers might prefer to do a different exercise, and that’s fine. The only criteria is that you need to add up to 100 reps each day.

Take part wherever you are – at home or in the gym – and tailor your challenge to suit you. Do all your reps in one go or spread them out throughout the day. It’s your challenge, your way.
