Caprice Bourret is an award-winning top model, actress and producer.
Having shot to fame in the early 2000s, Caprice’s break-through front cover was Vogue Magazine. She is often referred to as “one of the most photographed women in the world” and has appeared on more than 350 magazine covers across the globe and in more than 200 TV shows and films.
Caprice became involved with Brain Tumour Research following her shock meningioma diagnosis, and subsequent successful surgical intervention, in Spring 2017.
Caprice is now a Patron of our charity and has been a figurehead for our Wear A Hat Day campaign. She has undertaken, and continues to undertake, numerous media and ambassadorial appearances in support of our work.
Hugely motivated to make a difference for those diagnosed with a brain tumour, Caprice has seen our research first hand, visiting our Centre of Excellence at the University of Plymouth twice, and has also made considerable personal investment into funding vital research.
In 2024, Caprice helped us launch our Carnival of Colour hat auction – a partnership with the British Hat Guild and The Jockey Club to exhibit an exclusive collection of 15 haute couture hats, which are being auctioned to raise funds for Brain Tumour Research.
She frequently posts about our campaigns, including Wear A Hat Day and #ShineALight, to her 800 thousand Instagram followers to help raise awareness and encourage others to get involved.
