As the final whistle was blown in Qatar, we are celebrating our very own World Cup achievement.
Supporters of all ages and abilities across the UK have been getting involved in the One Million Keepy Uppy Challenge for Brain Tumour Research to help show brain tumours the red card.
One of the latest to get involved was World Record holder and football freestyler Dan Magness. He pledged an epic 100,000 keepy uppies over the course of 10 days! His inspiration was his nan Jean, who died from a brain tumour when Dan was 10.
Dan said: “Helping Brain Tumour Research is something I feel strongly about. With the keepy uppy football connection, getting involved in this just seemed to fit really well.”

We’re delighted to share that our total keepy uppy pledge has reached more than 700,000 so far. Not only is that an amazing achievement, but every touch has helped raise vital awareness of brain tumours so that more people can support our cause. Perhaps with a bit of extra time, you could help us reach our goal of one million?
What’s more, the funds raised will support our pioneering research to find new treatments and improve outcomes for brain tumour patients, as well as enabling us to continue to campaign for increased national investment so that we can get closer to a cure.
