A crop of countryside folk are baring all in a charity calendar to raise money for Brain Tumour Research.
More than 80 men and women from across Devon have stripped off and posed for a naked calendar, which is being sold to raise funds to help find a cure for brain tumours. It comes after a member of their community was diagnosed with the disease.
Calendar photographer Cat Down, who also posed nude, said: “A friend, Rory Biggins, came up with the idea of the naked calendar during the August Bank Holiday and a week later he was finding sponsors and recruiting models while I was organising groups of nude farmers in different countryside locations from Sidmouth to Tavistock. It was quite the experience!”
Over four weeks in September, the countryside models posed with nothing but agricultural attire and farming equipment to cover their modesty. They bared all in barns, fields and even propping up the bar to help raise awareness for the charity.
Cat added: “It was a great giggle and all of us really wanted to do it for such an important cause.”
All proceeds from the sale of the calendar will go to Brain Tumour Research. To buy your copy, please visit www.livingourbestlives.co.uk/shop and to find out more go to www.facebook.com/Naked-Calendar-Living-our-best-lives-102016898915225.
