About

The Milton Keynes Marathon route showcases the beauty and charm of the original villages that make up this unique town. Runners pass through five historic villages, each boasting thatched cottages and ancient churches that date back centuries, as well as the Open University Campus. The leafy lanes provide a breathtaking backdrop for you to push yourself to conquer the picturesque course.  

This event is consistently ranked among the top 10 UK marathons, recognised for its exceptional organisation with an AIMS certification and BARR Gold accreditation for outstanding race management. It’s also a London and Boston Marathon qualifying event, as well as an Abbott World Marathon Majors Wanda Age Group World Championships qualifier.

So, lace up your running shoes and enjoy a truly memorable race through the heart of Milton Keynes.
