As an Office Support Volunteer, you’ll pay a vital role in keeping our fundraising operations running smoothly. By helping with stock management and fulfilment, you’ll ensure that our materials are well-organised and readily available for fundraising campaigns, events, and supporters across the UK.
Your detention to detail will help us reach our supporters quickly and efficiently, making sure no opportunity is missed in the fight against brain tumours.
What you will do:
- Assist with stock management, including reorganising shelves and maintaining accurate inventory
- Fulfil requests for fundraising materials, preparing items for mailing or collection
- Keep track of stock levels and notify staff when items need to be reordered
- Help with packaging and dispatching items for events, ensuring everything is prepared on time
- Help maintain a tidy and well-organised office space
Who we are looking for:
You don’t need any prior experience to volunteer – just a passion for making a difference and a willingness to get involved. We welcome everyone from all walks of life. Whether you’re looking to gain new skills or simply contribute your time, this role is for you. If you do have experience in the areas mentioned, it’s a great bonus, but it’s by no means required.
We’ll provide a comprehensive induction and ongoing training to ensure you feel comfortable and equipped to carry out your tasks. Plus, our team will always be available to offer guidance and answer any questions along the way.
