This Mother’s Day we’re thinking of all the families affected by this devastating disease.
Today, our thoughts are with the mothers who have received the life-changing news that their child has a brain tumour and those who have experienced the tragedy of losing a child to the disease. We’re thinking of the mums who are living with a brain tumour diagnosis and face an uncertain future whilst continuing to care for their family. And our thoughts are with all those who have lost their mum to a brain tumour.
We’ll be sharing the stories of some of the inspirational mums who have worked with Brain Tumour Research on Facebook today, including Emily Corrigan (pictured) who put her brain tumour symptoms down to being a busy mum-of-four. You can read more about her story on our website here.
If you have a story you’d like to share, please comment and celebrate your loved ones too.
However you are spending this Mother’s Day, whether you’re remembering a loved one or spending it with someone living with a brain tumour, we’ll be keeping you in our thoughts.
