As momentum builds this March, we’re delighted to have some high-profile support for Wear A Hat Day. Taking place on Friday 31st March, it’s our biggest one-day fundraiser which brings Brain Tumour Awareness Month to a close.
Fresh from his stint on Dancing on Ice, The Wanted star Siva Kaneswaran has thrown his hat into the ring to support us.
Siva lost his bandmate Tom Parker to this devastating disease a year ago. Tom, aged 33, had been diagnosed with a glioblastoma (GBM), an aggressive and incurable form of the disease, in October 2020.
Siva, pictured wearing our iconic pink top hat, is encouraging everyone to get involved in Wear A Hat Day. Will you join in?
Brain tumours are indiscriminate and can affect anyone at any age. One in three of us know someone who is affected.
