This World Cup season, celebrate the beautiful game with our new footie challenge and help us show brain tumours the red card.
The One Million Keepy Uppy Challenge for Brain Tumour Research kicks off on Friday 18th November and we’re inviting you to be part of our team.
It costs £1 million to fund a Brain Tumour Research Centre of Excellence for a year so, as football fever strikes the UK, our goal is to collectively achieve one million keepy uppies before the final whistle is blown in Qatar on Sunday 18th December.
We’re encouraging everyone to get involved in the challenge – all you need is a ball. Whether you’re a regular matchwinner, part of a footie team or a complete novice, practice your fancy footwork throughout the month and be part of our festivities as we celebrate our own special World Cup achievement.
To get involved, all you need to do is set up a Facebook Fundraiser or JustGiving and make a pledge of how many keepy uppies you’ll contribute towards our goal. Invite others to join your team or make their own pledge and take part. Keep posting your progress on social media and ask people to donate.
Raise just £10 to get a special tournament medal and bumper fundraising pack, including a keepy uppy tracker so you can tot up every touch. You’ll also have access to downloadable resources including a sweepstake, World Cup match planner and challenge tracker.
Plus, if you raise £100 (or more) you’ll be entered into a prize draw to win footie merchandise.
Help us spread the word to achieve one million keepy uppies and raise as much money as we can to get closer to a cure for brain tumours.
