Today hundreds of Brain Tumour Research supporters will create a ‘sea of pink’ across the UK as they step forward for our Walk of Hope.
With our events taking place in numerous locations and many supporters holding their own walks, thousands of pounds have already been pledged, but there is so much more we can do.
If you are one of the amazing people taking part in Walk of Hope and you have set up a fundraising page for us, today is the day to send it round to everyone you know, remind them why you are getting involved and ask for donations to support your efforts.
If you have not yet signed up, there is still time to plan your own walk wherever you are and whenever you can. You can register by clicking here and our friendly Fundraising team will get in touch to give you all the support you need to organise a fantastic fundraising event.
And if you aren’t getting involved today or able to organise your own event, you can show your support for all of our walkers by donating here.
One in three people knows someone affected by a brain tumour. The money and awareness raised from Walk of Hope will support our mission to increase the national investment in brain tumour research so that we can get closer to our vision of finding a cure for all types of brain tumours.
Keep an eye on our blog as we’ll share some highlights from our Walk of Hope soon.
