Upton Triathlon 2025

What:
Starting off in the Triathlon event, participants will swim in the open water of the River Severn. Entrants will then cycle and run along open roads through the countryside, before heading back to the finish line. For the Duathlon, Aquathlon, Aquabike and Relay races, you can choose between a combination of the three and play to your strengths! Please note, the fundraising target is £150.

About

Take part in this rewarding but testing triathlon or duathlon set in the beautiful surroundings of Worcestershire.

Enjoy open swimming, cycling and running on a mixed-terrain course. There are a host of events to choose from, combining variations of the three disciplines.

Taking place in July, it’s the perfect opportunity to get outside this summer. Come along to earn your finishers medal on behalf of Brain Tumour Research and raise money for a great cause.

Please note, the fundraising target is £150.
