The AJ Bell Great South Run is one of the world’s favourite 10-mile running events (there’s a 5km option, too), with inspiring history, salty air and glorious sea views guaranteed. Portsmouth’s supporters will keep your spirits and motivation up the whole way round, with blaring music, cheers, high-fives, and fist bumps all part of the incredible Great South Run experience.  

You’ll receive a medal, an exclusive finisher’s t-shirt and bragging rights at the finish line. When you take part on behalf Brain Tumour Research, you’ll also have the satisfaction of knowing you’re supporting a great cause.
