This Volunteers’ Week, we’re celebrating those who give their time to support Brain Tumour Research.
According to the National Council for Voluntary Organisations (NCVO), in the UK, more than 16 million people donated their time to volunteer through a group, club or organisation in 2020/21. Almost one in five people reported volunteering at least once a month.
At Brain Tumour Research, we are privileged to have an amazing team of volunteers who dedicate their time and skills to help find a cure for brain tumours. Without them our work would not be possible.
We are grateful to all of our many volunteers and this week, we sharing what volunteering means to just a handful of their stories.
