Back by popular demand, have fun and get fit as you complete 10,000 Steps a Day in February and raise vital funds and awareness for Brain Tumour Research. 

Join the challenge and not only will you reap the health and wellbeing benefits of doing 10,000 steps every day for a month, you’ll also help fund the fight against brain tumours. 

The best part is that you can complete your steps wherever you are. Head to your local park and enjoy the fresh air. Take a new route around your community every day. Walk on the treadmill at the gym. Go for a wander during your lunch break at work. Stay home and complete your steps around your house or garden. Step out on your own or team up with your family, friends or colleagues – it’s up to you.
