Walk of Hope – ‘Your Walk, Your Way’ Incentive Terms and Conditions

Fundraising Reward Incentive Terms and Conditions
1) Brain Tumour Research is giving away a fundraising medal to participants who raise £137 or more through their fundraising by 11:59pm on 31 October 2026, subject to availability.
2) To qualify for a Walk of Hope medal, you must have registered to hold your own Walk of Hope and fundraise for Brain Tumour Research.
3) You must have a JustGiving fundraising page allocated to Walk of Hope to raise funds for Brain Tumour Research and have raised a minimum donation amount of £137 on that page by 11:59pm on 31 October 2026; or have raised a minimum donation amount of £137 and sent those donation amounts to Brain Tumour Research at the address below, along with your name and postal address, by 31 October 2026. Please note that donation amounts must be received by Brain Tumour Research by the closing date in order for you to be eligible to receive a meal. Any cheques must be made payable to “Brain Tumour Research”.

4) To opt out of receiving a Walk of Hope medal, please email fundraising@braintumourresearch.org.
5) This promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 and over.
6) The Walk of Hope medal is subject to availability. Brain Tumour Research has a limited number of medals available to give away. Once all medals have been claimed and distributed, Brain Tumour Research shall not be obliged to provide any further or alternative gifts, even where the maximum number is reached prior to the closing date.
7) The Walk of Hope medal is non-transferable. Brain Tumour Research reserves the right to substitute the medal incentive with a gift of equivalent or greater value if necessary for reasons beyond its reasonable control.
8) Brain Tumour Research reserves the right to require any participant to prove that they meet the requirements to participate in this promotion.

10) Brain Tumour Research reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without notice.
11) Neither Brain Tumour Research nor any of its subsidiary or affiliated companies are responsible for any losses, failures or delays caused by events beyond their reasonable control, including the acts or defaults of any supplier involved in providing the Free Gift.
