We’re excited to launch our 10,000 Steps a Day in February challenge! Will you join us to shake off the winter blues, boost your fitness and wellbeing, and make a real difference for families affected by brain tumours?
By taking part (like Joanne in the image below, last year), you’ll help us take a big step towards changing outcomes for the one in three people who knows someone affected by a brain tumour – and bring us closer to a cure.

- Getting involved couldn't be easier. Simply join our Facebook Group to connect with others and get started. Or register online here
- You can take part anywhere and even share the distance with friends, family or colleagues. Simple changes like parking further away from work, getting off the bus a stop earlier, or walking and talking at lunch with friends or colleagues can help you hit your target.
- When you register and set up your fundraising page, you’ll receive a FREE emoji t-shirt, step tracker and fundraising pack. And when your fundraising page reaches £50, we’ll also send you a reversible fleece beanie hat.
- Plus, if you raise £137, or more, you’ll earn a special medal at the end of your challenge – because £137 represents 5% of the cost of a day’s research at one of our Centres of Excellence
Every step you take brings hope to the thousands of families affected by this devastating disease. Together, we can go the distance to help find a cure.
