A father-of-three who was diagnosed with a brain tumour is supporting our Advent Appeal to help find a cure for the disease.
Marcus Elwell was diagnosed with a low-grade haemangioblastoma in May 2021. He had emergency surgery and, thankfully, regular scans have remained stable.
Since his diagnosis, Marcus has raised almost £6,000 for Brain Tumour Research through challenges which have included scaling the national three peaks in less than 24 hours, competing in Hyrox Birmingham, and taking on the Wolf Run Warwickshire and conquering a series of muddy obstacles alongside his children, Millie, Noah and Gracie.
Now, he is taking part in our Advent Appeal to help raise vital awareness and funds. Open door six to watch Marcus’ message: https://braintumourresearch.org/advent-appeal
