Brain Tumour Research is happy to #JoinTheConversation to help amplify the voices of young people with cancer.

This Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, CLIC Sargent is calling for young people with cancer to share their experiences. Amongst other planned activities and resources, the charity is hosting a Twitter debate today at 3pm to aid a conversation with young cancer patients, parents and supporters.

As a member of the Children and Young People with Cancer Coalition (CYPCC), we are proud to help raise awareness of the experiences of young people with cancer. Brain Tumour Research and CLIC Sargent are two of the 14 founding organisations of the CYPCC and our Chief Executive Sue Farrington Smith MBE is on the Steering Group of the Coalition, which aims to improve outcomes for children, teenagers and young adults with a cancer diagnosis.

This year has been difficult for everyone, even more so for young patients and their families. Join the conversation today and share your experience of living with cancer through Covid-19 using #CancerConversations to help make the voices of young people living with cancer heard.
