Brain Tumour Research employees step up to the challenge

Today sees the return of our popular challenge, 10,000 Steps a Day in February, in which participants commit to completing 10,000 steps daily for a month, raising much-needed money and vital awareness of our important cause.

You can walk, run, hop, skip or jump your way to 10,000 steps every day for a month. In doing so, you’ll profit from a host of health benefits, plus the wellbeing boost of knowing each small step you take is helping us make strides towards changing outcomes for the one in three people who know someone affected by a brain tumour.

Members of our Finance and Operations teams at Brain Tumour Research (pictured below) are among the sea of selfless supporters who have already committed to making moves all month.

Lisa Davis, Head of Finance and Accounting (above, back right), said: We have decided to join this challenge not only to move more after the long winter but also because we are inspired every single day by our supporters and their stories.”

Also taking part is Communications Manager Alexa Copson (above right). Alexa, who is currently on maternity leave, previously ran the TCS London Marathon on our behalf.

The Brain Tumour Research team are helping to fund the fight this February – will you? It’s not too late to take part: register here and help bring hope to the thousands of families affected by this devastating disease.
