Join Brain Tumour Research as an Event Volunteer for AJ Bell Great Bristol Run – 10K and inspire runners while helping raise awareness and vital funds for life-saving brain tumour research.
What you will do:
As a Cheering Volunteer, you’ll play a key role in motivating and uplifting runners as they take on the scenic 10K and half marathon routes past Bristol’s iconic landmarks, including Castle Park.
Your role will include:
- Cheering, clapping, and encouraging – bring your energy and enthusiasm to support our incredible Brain Tumour Research runners
- Creating a buzz – help create a positive and motivating atmosphere that keeps participants going
- Engaging with spectators – spread the word about Brain Tumour Research and inspire others to support our mission
Who we are looking for:
We’re looking for enthusiastic and passionate volunteers to join our Cheering Team. No prior experience is necessary – just a love for making a difference and a willingness to get involved!
We'll provide all necessary guidance and support, ensuring you feel comfortable in your role. Our team will be available throughout the event to assist and answer any questions.
